The New Season Subscriptions
On May, 19 the Mikhailovsky Theatre starts selling the new season subscriptions.


       The target audience of the subscription Theatre, My Love is the young public. It includes popular operas La traviata and Iolanthe, romantic ballets Giselle and Le Corsaire — the productions that help awaking love to musical theatre.

The cycle Backstage Story was created especially for children who get a unique chance to know the theatre inside out. The appointments with orchestra, opera and ballet led by the theatre genius loci turn the youngsters into ardent theatre-goers. The cycle is crowned with the production of the opera for children Velikan (The Giant) by Sergey Prokofiev.

The subscription Theatre ABC for Children is another way of knowing theatre. Ballets La Sylphide, The Sleeping Beauty and The Nutcracker as long as the opera Cinderella — classical productions based on well-known stories — both ignites children’s imagination and fill them with sincere compassion.
