Mikhailovsky Theatre joined Opera Europa 
In September 2010 the Mikhailovsky Theatre officially joined the leading service organisation for professional opera companies and opera festivals throughout Europe – Opera Europa.

Joint project of the Mikhailovsky Theatre and SKA Ice Hockey Club
The Mikhailovsky Ballet Company and SKA Ice Hockey Club have met to take part in the joint photo project The Triumph of Difference. The photo project was created to unite two contrary kinds of show – ballet and ice hockey and is called to symbolize power and art of Russia.

A Review of the Mikhailovsky Theatre's 2009-10 Season

On July, 21 and 23 the Mikhailovsky Theatre gives a premiere of Giuseppe Verdi’s Un ballo in maschera. The third opera premiere of the season closes the 177th season of the Theatre.

 
The London Season of the Mikhailovsky Ballet
On 13 July 2010 the Mikhailovsky Ballet started its London season. On 13-25 July the ballet company will give 14 performances at the London Coliseum.
