• Select the production and date or the event for which you would like to purchase tickets.
• Seats highlighted on the seating plan are available for online booking. Click on the seats to choose — they will appear in the shopping basket.
• You can book tickets for one performance at once.
• Click Book tickets and you will see all the information about the seats you selected.
• On selecting Proceed with the order you will be asked to register or, if you already have an account, to log in.
• To register, fill in the requested details, including a valid email address.
• Once registered, you will need your email address and password every time you log in.
• On the final payment screen you will see a summary of the items you are about to buy.
• Once booking is completed you will be taken to the final confirmation screen. This will again summarise your purchase and give you your order reference number. A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have provided.
• Visitors can now enter the Theatre with electronic tickets.

Mikhailovsky Theatre has launched a new system of electronic tickets scanning. Now, tickets purchased on the Theater website no longer need to be exchanged for the original Theatre ticket. All you have to do is print out an electronic ticket and present it to the usher. Each ticket has a personal bar code, and scanning makes it possible to see a seat number, ticket price, validity of the ticket, as well as the discount if applied(pension, student, disabled).
Electronic tickets make it easier for Russian and foreign tourists to plan a visit to the Mikhailovsky Theatre beforehand. The earlier one books the ticket the lower the price is.

Within two hours of successful payment you’ll get an automatic e-mail containing your theatre e-ticket.

Acrobat@Reader is needed to print your ticket. If you don't have this software, you can directly download it for free.

If you can’t print your e-ticket, you can collect it in the box-office of the theatre before the performance after presenting your identity card and the order number.

• The order is valid for two hours after you have received the booking confirmation. If the order was not paid in this period of time, it will be cancelled
